When and where?
Every week there are markets in the area, from small to very large.
All markets are usually open until 12.30 pm.
Feel free to ask us about them!
Some examples are:
- Royan (every day in high season, except Mondays during the rest of the year)
- Saintes (Wednesday and Saturday)
- Pons (Wednesday and Saturday)
- Blaye (Saturday)
There are also several evening markets during the high season. Markets with cosy stalls or food trucks and music.

- Saint-Palais sur Mer
- Royan
Our property
Domaine le Roseau covers 1.6 hectares in the French countryside. A lovely quiet spot, but with everything you need nearby. The bakery and supermarket for example are only about a 5-minute drive away.
What does your ideal holiday look like? Relaxing on the beach all day, exploring beautiful old towns, sporting activities or a combination of the above? It's all possible in the vicinity.
