High season: July 4th to August 29th
Mid season: May 30th to July 4th and August 29th to October 3th. May holiday: April 18th to May 9th and Autumn holiday: October 10th to October 24th.
Low season: May 9th to May 30th and October 3th to October 10th
A discount of 5% applies to booking of 14 days or more.
Close from October 25, 2026 until April 17, 2026.

*Prices for 2026 are currently exclusive of VAT. We may be required to charge VAT (10%) in 2026 due to a new government proposal. Guests who book now or have already booked will pay the price exclusive of VAT.

Please note:
- Prices include linen and towels and exclude tourist tax (€ 0.99 pp/pn) and mandatory cleaning;
- In the high season rental only per week (7 nights), in low and mid-season a minimum of 3 nights;
- In high season rental from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival 4:00 PM and departure 10:00 AM;
- In the low season it is also possible to order breakfast (€10.00 pp)
- The table d'hôtes evenings are available during the whole season;
- Deposit € 200,- per accommodation;
- No pets allowed;
- Gîte Saint-Palais can also be booked for 2 people in mid en lowseason (we close off the top floor). If you would like to book for 2 people, please mention this in the comments and we will adjust the price upon confirmation.
Reservations and cancellations:
When you request a reservation, you will receive a confirmation plus the invoice by email. After a deposit of 50%, the reservation is final.
The remaining rental amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
In the event of a cancellation within a period of more than 16 weeks before arrival, 10% of the total rental amount will be charged. In the event of cancellation less than 16 weeks before arrival, the cancellation costs are 50% of the total amount. In the event of cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival, the cancellation costs are 100% of the total amount.
